Shipping & Returns

How to Order:  Placing your order is easy.  Just head over to the stores, select the item from our category list and place it in your shopping cart.  Its that simple!  If you wish to continue shopping, just click the “keep on shopping” button.  Most quantities will be listed as 1 (one) each (unless otherwise noted).  Your quantity can easily be adjusted on the shopping cart if you need more than 1 of an item.  Totals will be adjusted automatically.  For items not listed on the shopping cart, just email us with the product number or description that you need, we will email or call you with the price and availability of your request.  Simple, fast and easy! 

Back Orders:  Back orders will be written only if requested.  Stock item back orders may be canceled by the customer without penalty provided the items are canceled before they are scheduled to ship.  Special / non-stock back order cancellations are subject to manufacturers cancellation terms.

Special Orders:  Special ordering of non-stock items is an accommodation service provided to active customers who look to The Ron Barron Company as their principle source of products.  Special ordered items are not returnable.  Lead times on special items are based on our best judgment and are not guaranteed.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders over $50.00.  We have the right to cancel any special order if it does not meet manufacturers minimum invoice or package requirements, (in which case your deposit will be refunded).  Freight charges for special orders are based on the cost of freight charged by the manufacturer.  Special shipping such as next day or second day air is available at an additional cost.

Freight:  Shipment is via USPS Priority or UPS ground with local deliveries being shipped via our truck unless otherwise noted.  Alternative shipping methods are at our discretion.  Shipping is displayed on the shopping cart prior to ordering.

Returned Goods:  ALL RETURNED GOODS REQUIRE ADVANCED AUTHORIZATION.  Delivery errors must be reported within 10 (ten) days from receipt of shipment.  Manufacturers’ defective goods are returnable within 30 days from date of invoice, excluding electrical items, unless otherwise specified.  Credit will not be issued on merchandise not in it’s original package or has a price ticket affixed.  We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.  We will accept only returns with an RMA, (returned merchandise authorization number) supplied by us.  All other returns will not be acknowledged.  A 15% restocking fee , plus any freight cost, will be charge for goods ordered in error by the customer.  All items must be in the original factory packaging.  Books and special order items are not returnable.  All defective electrical products are repaired or replaced at the manufacturers option.
