This is the industry standard when it comes to exit guards.  The blaring 95db peizo horn sounds the alarm when someone uses the door that is equipped with this unit.  Comes with both a deadbolt and dead latch locking unit to insure the integrity of the doors security both after the violation and during daily operation.

Meets or exceeds UL, CPM ADA and NYC housing requirements.

The deadbolt is a full 1" throw made from heavy die cast zinc alloy reinforced steel inserts to increase its strength.  Selectable 2 minute alarm or constant alarm.
